The Bakery Program at TAFE SARegency International Centre boasts the largest and most modern training bakery in Australia. The custom designed and built bakery workshop accommodates 16 to 18 participants, providing students with a safe, comfortable and positive training environment to optimise their learning outcomes. All equipment used in training is the most technologically advanced bakery equipment available.

- Latest Rotel II oven
- Fully programmable Miwe Condo deck oven
- Dedicated Hobart planetary mixers for each student
- Spacious and secure assimilated workshop

- Two industrial fryers for donut and fried yeast goods training
