Bakery Industry Partners

Making BunsThe Bakery Program has established strong links and mutually beneficial industry partnerships. Linkages provide technical and market intelligence to the industry, and ensures that TAFE SA teaching staff maintain their knowledge and skills; and students benefit from an increased awareness of up-to-the-minute technology and trends.

Industry partnerships provide students with valuable exposure to the baking industry through hands-on training, access to the latest technology and an understanding of current industry trends. This enhances their employment and career opportunities once they have completed their formal training.

These significant industry partnerships support the quality and relevance of the Bakery Program’s training ensuring international best practice.  It also enables the exchange of learning resources, staff experiences, sharingnew ideas and products between partners, and the development of new markets and opportunities for Bakery’s learning resources and programs.
