Hiromi is from Japan and has two younger brothers who are both chefs in Japan.
Hiromi started as a kitchen hand at Next Generation, taking year to get to this point in her career. Hiromi started as a cook in the cold section of the kitchen. This includes preparation, stock control and cooking during business hours.
