Hiromi is from Japan and has two younger brothers who are both chefs in Japan.

Hiromi started as a kitchen hand at Next Generation, taking year to get to this point in her career.  Hiromi started as a cook in the cold section of the kitchen.  This includes preparation, stock control and cooking during business hours.

Hiromi says:
"What I learn at TAFE helps me to put it into practice at work and this helps me improve my skills and knowledge.  I am really happy with the course and my job!"
