Naresh is from Sholapur CMS India. 
Naresh enrolled in the Diploma in Food Science and Technology as he was seeking an advanced course to further his interest in the food industry.  He is now in his final year of the Diploma and has enjoyed the course immensely. Naresh intends to continue developing his skills and knowledge by undertaking a Bachelor of Food Science & Technology.

Naresh says:
"This course is very interesting.  This course mainly deals with research, development and laboratory work.  Currently, we are learning the technology of foods including how to preserve, store and increase their shelf life with respect to flavours and taste.  This course helps me to understand the benefits, risk and flow of process in the food industry. In this course we also learn how to comply with legislation and follow regulations of both Australian and international standards. I am enjoying this course very much".
